Midori Nozaki is Senior Manager of Advancement Operations, providing project management for all Advancement team initiatives. She partners with College Advising Corps’ national leadership team and its university partners to help build a centralized and standardized fundraising operations structure with the goal to increase revenue generated through philanthropy. Before joining the Advancement team, Midori served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Prior to arriving at CAC, Midori was the Director of Operations and Chief of Staff at Carnegie Prep, a test preparation and private tutoring company based in Connecticut. She oversaw the operation of Carnegie Prep’s standardized test prep courses and practice tests, and she worked with the executive team on organizational improvements, development of new services, and emerging strategies in the academic landscape.

Midori graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and East Asian Studies from New York University. She also holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Tokyo. In her free time, Midori enjoys listening to an ever-growing backlog of podcast episodes, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and rediscovering her childhood love of video games. She is based in Durham, NC.
