Fedra Hinojosa Castilla is the Junior Associate, Product and Project Implementation supporting the development, implementation, and management of College Advising Corps’ mission-critical technology-based products and projects designed to support its mission and goals and increase student impact.

Before joining CAC’s national staff, Fedra served for one year as a Virtual Adviser for the CollegePoint Initiative. While in this role, she engaged with high school students all over the country and aided in their preparation for college and their application and selection process. Prior to joining College Advising Corps, Fedra worked with various nonprofits that offered academic support for first-generation and low-income students from elementary school until high school.

Fedra graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, painting, and playing with her little pug, Zeus. She is based in McAllen, Texas.
