Ashley Davis, Human Resources Generalist, plays a critical role in running the daily functions of the HR department. Collaborating on all aspects of human capital management, Ashley partners to help maintain and further develop College Advising Corps’ organizational culture and team-oriented environment.

Prior to assuming her current role, Ashley served for two years as a college adviser with College Advising Corps at the University of North Carolina. Most recently, she served as an eAdviser with the CollegePoint team. Grateful for her own CAC adviser when she was in high school, Ashley knows well the impact College Advising Corps makes and is proud to serve the organization now as a HR generalist. Before pivoting to college access work, Ashley served as an HR generalist for a collegiate marketing company. Ashley is excited to return to HR with an organization whose mission she is passionate about and invested in.

Ashley received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Communications Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, live music, movies, and traveling.
