Allison Born Noel


Impact & Evaluation Analyst

Allison Born Noel is the Impact and Evaluation (I&E) Analyst, improving student outcomes through collecting, managing, analyzing, and interpreting data at College Advising Corps. In addition, Allison coordinates logistics and program resources for CAC’s internal and external evaluation partners.

Prior to joining CAC, Allison worked in the field of education in a variety of capacities over the course of more than 10 years. She managed student data and program logistics with the Emily Krzyzewski Center. She conducted data analysis for international projects, both with School-to-School International and Florida State University. Additionally, she led a study in Uganda researching issues in girls’ education. Allison kicked off her career serving in the United States Peace Corps as an English Teacher Trainer in Ethiopia, training school teachers in the northern region, Tigray.

Allison holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan and an M.S.Ed. in International Educational Development from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. Allison loves competing in triathlons, teaching yoga, knitting, and adventuring with her husband, and is based out of Durham, North Carolina.
