Development and Training Specialist
CAC is seeking a Content & Training Specialist to play a pivotal role in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for advisers working with high school students across the country. The primary focus of this role is to equip advisers with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to guide students through the post-secondary education planning process. This is currently achieved through webinars, asynchronous learning opportunities, newsletters, and events. This position is a two-year appointment and CAC encourages recent advisers completing their 2nd or 3rd year to apply. JazzHR
Senior Manager – Impact & Evaluation
College Advising Corps is seeking a Senior Manager of Impact & Evaluation to oversee the work performed by a small team of data analysts who collect, manage, and interpret data describing the impact of College Advising Corps (CAC). The Manager is responsible for ensuring that I&E project timelines are transparent and completed on time, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of data-driven processes, and creating dashboards that are used to monitor program performance and provide stakeholders with real-time and historical information.
